This is a shift we’re trying to achieve at work. I’m fond of his theory because that’s always been my leadership style. I think it works fantastically. What he doesn’t mention is, the hard part is how you react when someone to whom you’ve given authority screws something up. That’s what’s most telling to the people in the organization.
