So it seems the NRC Ops Center had an exciting week:

• Missing radiography source

• Skin Contamination/Internal Contamination/Overexposure

• CIP to offsite hospital

• Wrong rod bank moves

• Riggers dropped a control rod …like, with a crane, not as in “Dropped Rod casualty”.

Good thing it was a short week.
